In recognition of World Water Day, Biblical Scholar Ched Myers has begun will join us via the Big Screen for this webinar entitled Explorations in Ecojustice Theology. “Redemption as Rehydration: The Eschatological Vision of Water in the Bible.”

This webinar is co-sponsored by the Wilderness Way Community and EcoFaith Recovery. It is being convened by Pastor Solveig Nilsen-Goodin. It will feature some biblical reflections on water as a unique part of God’s creation. We’ll look in some detail at the image in Revelation 21 of “the River of the Water of Life” and see how it renews the ancient prophetic vision of God’s restoration of creation. This webinar will correspond with the publication of Ched’s article on this theme in the April edition of Sojourners magazine, out this month. If you register for this Table Talk, Pastor Solveig will email you a copy of the article by Ched.

There will be a free will offering taken with a suggested donation of $5 – 10 which will go directly to Ched to support his prophetic work. If you were to sign up for the webinar on your own computer it would be $7.50, and you wouldn’t have any other cool people to hang with. This will be WAY more fun!)
