Social Media/ Creative Internship for Indigenous Earth Justice

EcoFaith Recovery seeks an intern located anywhere in the U.S. who has strong social media skills, communications experience, and creative abilities who is eager to learn more about indigenous earth justice through EcoFaith’s new partnership with Eloheh Indigenous Center for Earth Justice. 

This is a paid internship with priority given to applications submitted asap.

Time frame: From October, 2021 through May, 2022

Skills Needed: 

    • Demonstrated experience in Social Media content creation and management, including Facebook and Instagram 
    • Video creation and editing 
    • Squarespace and WordPress website experience 
    • Excellent communication and engagement skills

The intern will have the opportunity to 

    • Learn from a leading Indigenous American theologian, Dr. Randy Woodley of Eloheh, and eco-feminist theologian, Rev. Dr. Janet Parker of EcoFaith Recovery 
    • Experience EcoFaith Recovery’s seven Practices for Awakening Leadership through attendance at monthly meetings with EcoFaith leaders and receiving mentoring from them 
    • Collaborate in the development of EcoFaith’s new partnership with Eloheh Indigenous Center for Earth Justice
